Placecraft is an internal tool operated by Humanly Labs. This page describes what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
We use PostHog (US region) to understand which features are used and where users encounter friction. We capture page views, button clicks, and a small set of named product events (parcel adds, enrichment runs, retries, feedback). Session replays are recorded for authenticated sessions to help us debug issues.
We mask sensitive form fields from session replays — including parcel addresses, APNs, lat/lon coordinates, owner-search input, contact phone numbers, and contact emails. Password fields are always masked by default.
When you submit feedback through the in-app widget, we capture a screenshot of your current screen along with recent console errors and failed network requests. This context is included in an email to our team and may be passed to Anthropic Claude for automated triage and to suggest a fix. We retain feedback rows indefinitely; screenshots are purged after 90 days.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use third-party trackers beyond the analytics described above.
